When we put downtime systems in, people expect to find a silver bullet. The operators have been complaining about a particular issue. Maintenance has to keep going over to fix it, and it is an issue, no question about it. So, you put in a capital request, but that capital request can take months or years to get approved and then installed. We encourage our customers to look at the processes. We have a customer in Chicago where they take fabric and splice it. To do that, they shut down the line. They did not think was a big deal. It is a minute per splice, but they are doing it 90 times a day. So they thought, what if we could instead slow down the line to this place where the line is running. They tried and it worked, and what they found out was that by reducing that time, they gained an extra 17 shifts of production per year. That’s huge and was just a small process change that was free. You could not ask for anything better.
